If you’re interested in buying a home in the U.S., but you’re not a U.S. citizen, and you haven’t received a social security number yet, don’t worry; we’ve got a solution for you! Our ITIN/DACA home loan programs are specifically designed to help people like you. It allows you to apply for a loan, making it possible for you to fulfill your dream of owning a home.

Requirements

  • Non-permanent resident aliens; natural persons with legal capacity, and DACA allowed Borrower must possess a valid ITIN card or IRS ITIN letter.
  • Must provide government issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license, etc.)
  • For 1-4 families, townhomes, PUDs, Condos, manufactured homes
  • Owner occupied/Non-owner occupied
  • $50,000 (Gift funds allowed)
  • All ITIN borrowers must take a home buyer’s course
